The year is moving along, and after a humid summer, it’s time for crisp crunchy leaves as the dance season truly begins. October is proving to be filled with performances as well as class opportunities, so for those of you looking to train, be sure to take a look!

Cleveland Ballet

A Celebration of Dance Repertoire, Oct. 11th, 2016

Cleveland Ballet will be at the Ohio Theatre on October 11th! The performance will feature Alexandra Preucil, violinist for The Cleveland Orchestra.

Dancing Wheels Company and School

Trinity Cathedral’s “Brownbag Lunch Series” Oct. 12th, 2016 at 12:10pm

This early performance will be open to the public! Come on down to Cleveland to see Dancing Wheels perform...plus, you can bring a lunch or buy one for $5!

Verb Ballets

Ballet Up-Close, Oct. 14th 2016 at 7:30pm

Verb will be starting their season off with an intimate studio performance. This will give patrons a chance to see the intricacies of works-in-progress, as well as give a new perspective to the viewer without the proscenium stage.

GroundWorks DanceTheatre

GroundWorks at the Allen Theater, Oct. 14th and 15th, 2016 at 7:30pm

The Movement Project at Karamu House

TMP’s Megan Gargano will be teaching adult Modern and Ballet classes on Tuesdays and Saturdays at Karamu House! This is a great opportunity for professionals and adults to take class and continue their training. Drop-ins are $15!
