The Movement Project

two kinds of light

Film Description: Two Kinds of Light examines the complexities of the human spirit and the continuous search for meaning in one’s life by shedding light on moments of rawness, comfort, and uncertainty that clutter one's path to rediscovery. The movement is inspired by the lives of each choreographer’s personal experiences, covering topics such as self image, loss, deep grief, place in the word and mental health. The film is an intimate series of storytelling that reflects the bright highs, the dark lows and the habitual moments of the human experience.
